Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in online bidding and client acquisition for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be skilled at identifying opportunities, submitting proposals on freelancing platforms, communicating with clients, and converting leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Fiverr, and other freelancing portals.
- Identify and acquire clients for SEO, PPC, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to project closure.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with international clients through emails, chats, and virtual meetings.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months experience in Business Development or Digital Marketing Bidding
- Strong working knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, and PPH
- Experience in bidding for SEO and Digital Marketing projects is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
