Position
Academic Counsellor – English & Tamil Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, courses, and top universities.
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries professionally.
- Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
- Assist with documentation, applications, and eligibility requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Provide accurate information on courses, universities, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents while ensuring an excellent counselling experience.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to team success.

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Half Day)
- Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers with excellent communication skills
- Experienced Academic Counsellors, Telecallers, Inside Sales, or Education Sales professionals
- Fluency in English & Tamil is preferred
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred
