Overall Responsible for Incoming Inspection Activity
Implement quality system to ensure customer requirements are met.
Create implement, evaluate and adjust company's quality policies, procedures and Control plans
Ensure QA team and employees use quality tools to improve the company's efficiency and profitability
Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring achievement of Targets for various Quality objectives related to QC dept.
Responsible for Customer Complaints and their action plan with respective to raw material and inward.
Responsible to determine & ensure quality production in 100% quantity as per inspection standard.
Responsible to ensure all relevant inspection documents with the customer and supplier supply
Responsible to communicate the defects / rejections of previous day to shop floor personnel / suppliers.
Carryout root cause analysis of the non conformities identified as a result of customer complaints, repeated mistakes in inward, Supplier and ourtsourcing etc.,
Responsible to Visual displays for monitoring of defects trends & corrective action's effectiveness shall be available at this stage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
