Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive (Commission Basis) to support our recruitment and HR activities. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, building talent pipelines, and achieving recruitment targets. The selected candidate will be compensated based on successful placements and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client/company hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source candidates independently.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Commission Structure
- Payment will be based on successful candidate placement/closure.
- Commission amount and payment terms will be discussed during the selection process.
