Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, and Service teams to meet customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases.
- Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare customer reports, MIS reports, and relationship management updates.
- Support customer retention and business development initiatives.
- Build customer loyalty and enhance overall customer experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
