Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, managing front desk operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Welcome and assist walk-in customers
✅ Answer and direct phone calls professionally
✅ Manage visitor records and appointments
✅ Coordinate with Sales and Service departments
✅ Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
✔ Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance
✔ Prior front office/reception experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
