Job Post Summary
Company: Célèbre Aesthetics
Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Industry: Premium Aesthetic Healthcare / Patient Counselling & Sales
Experience: Relevant experience preferred( minimum 2 years)
Salary: 25000 - 50000
Become the Person Who Turns Enquiries into Confident Decisions
At Célèbre Aesthetics, patients do not simply choose a procedure. They make an important personal decision about their appearance, confidence and wellbeing. The Medical Sales Counsellor plays a key role in helping patients understand their options, feel comfortable asking questions and take the right next step.
We are looking for a warm, confident, persuasive and responsible Medical Sales Counsellor who can understand patient requirements, explain approved information clearly, build trust, coordinate consultations and follow up consistently.
This is not a routine sales-calling position. It is a patient-facing counselling and conversion role where communication, empathy, product knowledge, follow-up and ownership are equally important.
About Célèbre Aesthetics
Célèbre Aesthetics is a premium, specialised aesthetic surgery centre with a growing presence across Gujarat.
We offer planned aesthetic procedures including:
- Hair transplant
- Chest-shaping surgery
- Nose reshaping
- Breast enlargement, reduction, lifting and shaping
- Fat-removal and body-contouring procedures
- Tummy shaping
- Intimate aesthetic procedures
- Other advanced aesthetic treatments performed by experienced plastic surgeons
Célèbre is a planned aesthetic healthcare environment rather than an emergency hospital. Our aim is to combine professional healthcare standards with a premium, comfortable and personalised patient experience.
Célèbre Aesthetics – Surgical Team
Célèbre Aesthetics is supported by a coordinated surgical and patient-care team working together throughout the planned surgical journey. The team includes experienced Plastic Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Medical Officers, Nurses and Operation-Theatre Staff, with close coordination from Patient Coordinators, Medical Sales Counsellors and Administration.
Plastic Surgeons lead the surgical consultation and procedure. Anaesthetists assess and manage anaesthesia-related requirements and safety. Medical Officers support pre-operative assessment, investigations, fitness coordination, consent-related processes and post-operative assessment. Nurses and Operation-Theatre Staff support the clinical and surgical workflow, while the wider patient-care team coordinates the patient's overall experience.
As a Medical Sales Counsellor, you will work closely with this team to ensure that patients receive clear, accurate and appropriately approved information and are smoothly handed over to the relevant clinical team whenever a medical or surgical question requires professional guidance.
About the Role
The Medical Sales Counsellor manages patients and leads through the counselling stage—from understanding the patient's concern and expectations to explaining approved procedure-related information, coordinating doctor consultations and following up towards a decision.
The role requires strong communication, emotional intelligence and sales discipline. The counsellor should create trust without being pushy, understand hesitation, handle questions professionally and maintain consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Enquiry & Counselling
- Interact with new and existing patients professionally.
- Understand the patient's concern, expectations and reason for considering treatment.
- Build rapport and create a comfortable counselling environment.
- Listen carefully before explaining the relevant procedure or next step.
- Explain approved information in simple and understandable language.
- Answer non-clinical questions confidently and escalate clinical questions to the authorised doctor or medical team.
2. Procedure Understanding & Presentation
- Maintain good knowledge of Célèbre's procedures, patient journey and counselling process.
- Explain the planned consultation and procedure journey clearly.
- Communicate approved information about procedure, expected process, stay, follow-up and related requirements.
- Set realistic expectations and avoid unsupported promises or guarantees.
- Use patient-specific communication rather than delivering a fixed script.
3. Consultation Coordination
- Coordinate doctor consultations for suitable patients.
- Ensure the concerned doctor/counsellor has relevant information before consultation.
- Explain the consultation flow to patients and accompanying family members.
- Coordinate with the Medical Officer, Patient Coordinator and other relevant teams.
- Ensure important patient information is appropriately handed over.
4. Sales Conversion & Follow-Up
- Follow up with patients after counselling and consultation.
- Understand the reason behind hesitation or delay.
- Address non-clinical concerns professionally and coordinate answers where required.
- Maintain timely follow-ups without becoming intrusive.
- Work towards converting genuine enquiries into consultations and planned procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, outcomes and pending actions.
5. Patient Relationship Management
- Maintain a warm and professional relationship throughout the patient's journey.
- Communicate respectfully with patients and family members.
- Remain patient and reassuring when patients are anxious or uncertain.
- Ensure patients feel heard rather than pressured.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
6. Internal Coordination & Ownership
- Coordinate closely with First Response Executives, Patient Coordinators, Medical Officers, Plastic Surgeons, Nurses and Administration.
- Ensure relevant updates are communicated to the correct team.
- Follow up on pending actions instead of simply forwarding them.
- Identify gaps in the patient journey and bring them to the concerned senior/team member.
- Take ownership until the required next step is completed.
7. Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient and lead information.
- Update counselling and follow-up records.
- Track pending consultations, follow-ups and conversion status.
- Share relevant updates and concerns with the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
The Three Qualities We Value Most
CharacterTreat every patient and family member with dignity, patience and respect. Maintain professionalism even when a patient is undecided, demanding or difficult to convince.
IntegrityGive accurate information, never misrepresent a procedure, never make false promises and protect patient confidentiality. If you do not know an answer, coordinate with the appropriate person rather than guessing.
OwnershipDo not simply forward a lead or wait for the patient to call back. Understand what is pending, follow up, coordinate the right people and take responsibility for moving the patient journey forward.
