Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Outreach Coordinator to support the expansion of our institutional alliances and volunteer programs. This role involves building partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and corporate entities while coordinating outreach campaigns and volunteer mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporations
- Draft formal communications, proposals, partnership letters, and follow-up emails Plan and initiate outreach campaigns across relevant regions and platforms
- Manage the onboarding process for institutional partners and maintain ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to amplify the impact of partnerships
- Support volunteer onboarding and ensure smooth coordination during campaigns and events
- Train and guide volunteers, interns, and outreach coordinators reporting to them
- Maintain organized documentation and progress reports related to partnerships and outreach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, MSW or a related field 2–4 years of relevant experience in outreach, partnership development, or institutional engagement
- Excellent communication skills- both English and Hindi
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to networking and relationship building
