Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing email correspondence.
- Front Office Duties: Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel.
- Office Maintenance: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and troubleshooting office equipment.
- Data & Records Management: Performing data entry, filing physical/electronic documents, and creating reports.
- Clerical Tasks: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, photocopying, scanning, and assisting with special projects
