Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and successfully deliver technology projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, business teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change-control processes.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Resolve conflicts and remove project roadblocks.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource management.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working on software development or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology processes.
