Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training programs and project implementation
- Monitor progress, maintain MIS & documentation
- Support trainers, mobilization & stakeholder coordination
- Track attendance, performance & compliance
- Ensure timely reporting and execution
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management / Rural Development or related field
