The Role
We're looking for a creative, self-driven marketer to own our social media and short-form content end to end. You'll shoot it, edit it, and post it: turning 3D printers, fresh prints, and behind-the-scenes moments into reels people actually want to watch. If you live in CapCut, think in hooks, and get a kick out of watching view counts climb, this one's for you. This is a full-time, in-office role in Ambattur, Chennai.
What You'll Do
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that show off our products and process
- Post daily stories and keep our feed active, fresh, and on-brand
- Own the full content cycle: ideate, shoot, edit, caption, schedule, and post
- Run our social channels across Instagram and YouTube (and LinkedIn down the line)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar so we're never scrambling
- Track views, reach, and engagement, then double down on what works
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years creating social content, with a portfolio or showreel of past work (required)
- Comfortable shooting video yourself (phone or camera) and editing it (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- A sharp eye for short-form trends, hooks, and pacing
- Basic design sense for thumbnails and stories (Canva, Photoshop a plus)
- A self-starter who can take an idea from shoot to post without hand-holding
