Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and explain company services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Maintain client database and CRM updates
- Follow up for payments and client feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Good presentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing / Sales is an added advantage)
Experience
1– 3 Years Experience in IT Sales is Mandatory
