We are a growing technology company focused on building digital solutions including websites, custom ERP systems, and business software. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our customer base and bring new clients to our services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, email, social media, and networking.
- Promote our services including website development, custom ERP solutions, and digital products.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand client requirements.
- Maintain a simple record of leads, prospects, and completed deals.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital services such as websites, software, or IT solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in sales/marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing or social media outreach is beneficial.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Sales Incentive: 10% commission on each sale after achieving a minimum monthly sales target of ₹50,000
- Example: If you achieve ₹1,00,000 in sales, you will earn commission on ₹50,000.
