We are looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruitment Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to help us build our candidate pipeline for Coderfarm, an emerging IT hiring platform.
Please note: Coderfarm is a product/platform, not a recruitment agency. This is a Pay-Per-Hire (Commission-based) role. There is no fixed salary; you will be compensated at highly competitive market rates for every successful candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates using job boards, social media, and your own networks.
- Verification: Strictly screen candidates to verify their credentials, experience, and intent.
- Platform Onboarding: Ensure that shortlisted candidates properly register and build a 100% complete, verified profile on the Coderfarm portal.
- Delivery: Provide a steady flow of high-quality, interview-ready profiles.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT/Tech hiring is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication and candidate assessment skills.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent, performance-driven payout model.
Compensation Structure:
- Payouts are released immediately upon the successful hire/joining of the candidate.
- Attractive per-hire commission aligned with industry standards.
