We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-driven Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CMD and collaborate with the Board of Directors to shape and drive enterprise-wide strategy. This role sits at the centre of decision-making, acting as a force multiplier for leadership by translating vision into execution, enabling alignment across business units, and ensuring disciplined delivery of strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Board Engagement
- Partner with the CEO/Director/CMD to define and refine long-term corporate strategy
- Drive board-level agenda planning, including preparation of high-impact presentations, insights, and decision frameworks
- Act as a liaison between the CEO/Director /and Board of Directors, ensuring alignment and follow-through on key decisions
Enterprise Execution & Transformation
- Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps across functions
- Lead and track mission-critical initiatives, ensuring timelines, accountability, and measurable outcomes
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and drive operational excellence initiatives
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with business heads (sales, product, manufacturing, finance, etc.) to ensure strategic coherence
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for large-scale programs and transformation initiatives
- Resolve conflicts and enable faster decision-making across teams
Decision Support & Analytics
- Build data-driven insights and dashboards to support executive decision-making
- Monitor key business metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Provide actionable recommendations to the CMD and Board
Executive Communication
- Draft high-stakes communications including board notes, investor updates, and internal strategy memos
- Represent the CMD in key internal and external forums when required organizational Effectiveness
- Support leadership in organizational design, talent strategy, and culture-building initiatives
- Improve internal processes to increase speed, transparency, and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 6–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or leadership roles
- Prior experience working with CXOs or in a Chief of Staff / Strategy Office role preferred
- Background in consumer electronics, manufacturing, or high-growth environments is a plus

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
