Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Brand Promoter to represent our home and kitchen appliances brand at retail outlets, showrooms, and promotional events. The ideal candidate will drive product visibility, engage customers, and boost sales through effective in-store demonstrations and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate home and kitchen appliances (mixers, grinders, cooktops, microwaves, refrigerators, etc.) to customers at assigned retail locations
- Explain product features, benefits, and specifications clearly to potential buyers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company
- Maintain proper product display, signage, and merchandising standards at the point of sale
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff, dealers, and customers
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence on competitor products and pricing
- Conduct live product demonstrations during promotional campaigns and events
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock levels, and customer inquiries
- Report daily activities and sales performance to the Area/Sales Manager
- Ensure proper handling and safety of demo units and appliances
- Address customer queries and resolve minor complaints on the spot
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma (Graduate preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail promotion, sales, or a similar field (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of home appliances and kitchen equipment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on store timings
- Local language proficiency required; English/Hindi added advantage
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle appliance demos

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary + incentives based on sales performance
- Insert other benefits: travel allowance, ESI, etc.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
