Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Hospital Operations Executive with at least 1 year of experience in hospital operations. The ideal candidate will support the smooth functioning of daily hospital activities, ensure excellent patient service, coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostic services, pharmacy, and support teams.
- Monitor patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor front office and customer service activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate duty rosters and staff scheduling as required.
- Maintain operational records and documentation accurately.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for medical and non-medical supplies.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and biomedical departments to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Conduct regular operational rounds to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and hospital events.
- Ensure proper utilization of hospital resources and adherence to SOPs.
- Support accreditation activities and internal audits.
- Work closely with management to achieve operational and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Healthcare Management, Master of Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA Hospital Management, or a related healthcare management field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital operations.
- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
