Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients across different industries through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development activities.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiation discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings, and business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of Business Development experience in a Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing Firm, or HR Consulting company.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
