Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding the Special Education Course offered by ICS.
- Explain course curriculum, certification, career scope, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct telephonic, video, and WhatsApp counseling sessions with inquiries.
- Assess candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and referrals.
- Address queries related to admissions, batch schedules, fees, and certification.
- Guide students through the enrollment and payment process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled learners.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
