Showroom Store Manager
Panda Pedals | EV Scooters | Bangalore
Panda Pedals is looking for a confident and responsible Showroom Store Manager who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our electric scooter showroom.
This is not just a store supervision role.
We’re looking for someone who can manage customers, drive sales, follow up with leads, coordinate test rides and ensure every person walking into the showroom gets a great buying experience.
Your goal is simple:
Run the showroom well and sell more scooters.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Explain Panda Pedals scooters, features, pricing and benefits clearly
- Conduct and coordinate test rides
- Convert showroom enquiries into sales
- Follow up with customers who have visited, enquired or taken a test ride
- Manage incoming leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, Google, website and marketing campaigns
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales
- Coordinate scooter bookings, payments and deliveries
- Ensure scooters are displayed properly and the showroom is always presentable
- Maintain basic stock and inventory records
- Coordinate with the service and operations team when required
- Handle basic customer queries before and after purchase
- Ensure customers receive a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery
- Track daily and monthly sales performance
- Share regular updates with management
Sales Is a Major Part of This Role
We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers and closing sales.
You should be able to understand what the customer actually needs, explain the right scooter confidently and guide them towards making a purchase decision.
You should also be comfortable following up.
Many customers will not buy on their first visit.
Your ability to stay in touch, answer their questions and bring them back to the showroom will be an important part of the role.

“What can I do today to bring more customers back and close more deals?”
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience
Ensure every customer entering the showroom is attended to properly and receives clear information about the scooters.
Lead Management
Track every enquiry and ensure there is a proper follow-up until the customer buys or clearly declines.
Test Rides
Encourage interested customers to take test rides and ensure the experience is smooth and professional.
Sales
Work towards individual and showroom-level monthly sales targets.
Showroom Management
Maintain cleanliness, scooter display, marketing material and overall presentation of the showroom.
Inventory
Keep track of available scooters, colours, variants and delivery-ready vehicles.
Delivery Coordination
Ensure customers receive the correct vehicle and have a smooth handover experience.

Experience
2 to 5 years preferred
Previous experience in any of the following is an advantage:
- Automobile showroom sales
- Two-wheeler sales
- EV sales
- Retail store management
- Automotive dealership
- Consumer electronics sales
- High-value retail sales
Experience in the automobile industry is preferred, but strong sales ability and customer-handling skills are more important.
Languages
Comfortable speaking in:
Additional languages are an advantage.
