Job Summary
The Drilling & Tapping Operator is responsible for performing drilling and tapping operations on components as per drawing specifications, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate drilling and tapping machines safely and efficiently
- Read engineering drawings and work instructions
- Mark, drill, and tap holes according to dimensions
- Select proper drill bits and tap sizes
- Use cutting oil/coolant during operation
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments
- Maintain production records and daily output
- Follow 5S and safety procedures
- Report machine issues or defects to supervisor
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
