Role Overview: MAAC Kalyannagar is looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between passion and education by driving student enrollment and expanding our digital footprint. You will play a hands-on role in managing our Instagram presence, launching high-ROI Google Ads, producing engaging multi-media content, and building a powerful digital brand that attracts aspiring animators, VFX artists, and gamers.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Instagram Growth
- Content Scheduling: Maintain and execute a consistent social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Format Execution: Script, shoot, and edit high-engagement Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Carousel posts.
- Community Building: Monitor comments, respond to direct messages, and engage with aspiring creative students.
- Trend Analysis: Keep track of pop-culture moments, viral VFX trends, and audio tracks to apply to MAAC’s organic reach strategy.
2. Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)
- Campaign Setup: Assist in setting up Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns on Google Ads to target high-intent student leads.
- Audience Targeting: Build custom audiences on Meta Ads Manager tailored around student demographics (ages 16–24) and parents.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with different ad copies, landing page designs, and CTA buttons to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Reporting: Track, analyze, and present weekly performance data regarding ad spend, click-through rates (CTR), and direct conversion metrics.
3. Digital Branding & Lead Generation
- Local SEO Execution: Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles with fresh graphics, student reviews, and local keywords.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital touchpoints maintain MAAC’s official brand guidelines,
- colors, fonts, and messaging.
- Lead Pipelines: Set up and manage automated Meta lead generation forms and optimize website landing pages for visitor capture.
4. Digital Content Creation & Copywriting
- Visual Asset Design: Work with team on Designing basic promotional flyers, banners, and educational carousels using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Video Production: Film behind-the-scenes (BTS) campus life, student studio sessions, and mentor interviews.
- Copywriting: Write compelling ad copies, engaging social captions, and basic SEO-friendly blogs focused on career prospects in animation/VFX.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or Design.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media analytics tools.
- Creative Suite: Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN Editor) is highly preferred.
- Industry Passion: A strong interest in or understanding of 3D Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, or Graphic Design is a massive plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
