Must know the online sales and product posting
Listing and managing products on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Tata Cliq, shopify and other Online platform from time to time.
Order Processing and completion on online platforms with TAT adherence
Building customer experience process by providing apt online service
Channel marketing, marketing analytics, content & team management
Sales forecasting & cross functional collaboration with marketing, sales, logistic & finance team.
