- 4 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Kronos / UKG Workforce Management
- Strong experience in Kronos Timekeeping and Scheduling
- Knowledge of work rules, pay rules, accruals, holidays, and labor rules
- Experience with Kronos interfaces (Web Services, WIM, flat files)
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and labor laws
- Experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) / Workforce Central (WFC)
- Good understanding of Payroll integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
