We are launching a national chain of premium Ayurvedic Wellness Centres under a modern Ayurveda and preventive healthcare model. Each centre will be approximately 2,000–2,500 sq. ft. and will offer:

* Panchakarma Therapies
* Shirodhara & Specialty Treatments
* Ayurvedic Massage Therapies
* Wellness Programs
* Ayurvedic Products & Nutraceutical Sales
* Lifestyle & Preventive Health Programs
The objective is to build a scalable pan-India wellness platform through company-owned and franchise-operated centres.
Role Summary
The Business Head will be responsible for conceptualizing, launching, operating, and scaling the wellness centre business across India. The candidate should have strong experience in Ayurveda, wellness, spa operations, clinic chains, healthcare services, and multi-location business management.
Key Responsibilities
* Build the overall business model and expansion strategy.
* Develop SOPs for clinics, therapies, operations, and customer experience.
* Identify locations and oversee centre launches.
* Recruit and manage Ayurvedic doctors, therapists, centre managers, and support staff.
* Design treatment menus, wellness programs, memberships, and packages.
* Create training systems and quality standards.
* Develop franchise and partner expansion models.
* Drive revenue growth through consultations, therapies, memberships, and product sales.
* Establish marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
* Build strategic partnerships with corporates, hotels, healthcare providers, and wellness communities.
* Manage P&L, budgets, operations, and expansion plans.
Candidate Profile
* 10–15+ years of experience in Ayurveda, wellness, spa, preventive healthcare, or clinic chains.
* Proven experience in opening and scaling multiple wellness centres or clinics.
* Strong understanding of Panchakarma therapies, Ayurvedic treatments, therapist training, and centre operations.
* Experience managing multi-location businesses.
* Strong leadership, business development, and operational capabilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building businesses from the ground up.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
