Job Summary
Kyron Data Tech is looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and company policies.
The HR Executive will work closely with employees and management to build a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, and other HR documentation.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related documentation.
Assist with payroll inputs, employee benefits, and compensation-related activities.
Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and company events.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Assist managers in addressing employee relations and workplace concerns.
Coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in accordance with company requirements and applicable employment laws.
Prepare HR reports and track key HR metrics such as hiring, attrition, attendance, and employee engagement.
Promote a positive, professional, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture at Kyron Data Tech.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or software company.
Good understanding of recruitment and general HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, payroll, or attendance management systems is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting software developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, project managers, and other technology professionals.
Knowledge of IT recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
Understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
