Primero Hospitalities LLP is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our Projects team. If you're passionate about construction, quality execution, and delivering projects on schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- B.E. Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling live building construction projects and is ready to travel within the city .
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Prepare BOQs, perform quantity surveying and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Verify contractor bills and monitor project costs.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Plan and coordinate material procurement and site requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate structural, architectural and MEP works for smooth project execution.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- BOQ Preparation
- Quantity Surveying
- Rate Analysis
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing and waterproofing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience in contractor coordination and site management.
- Excellent planning, execution and communication skills.
- Must be from Karnataka .
