Looking forJob Title: ServiceNow Architect (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in platform architecture, solution design, integrations, governance, and best practices while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead architecture, implementation, customization, and platform governance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Manage platform upgrades, performance optimization, security, and compliance.
- Prepare architecture documentation, HLD/LLD, and implementation roadmaps.
Required Skills:
- 8–15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture.
- Strong expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, App Engine.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, Service Portal/UI Builder, JavaScript, Glide APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA
- CAD
- CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/SPM)
- CTA (Preferred)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
Pay: Up to ₹2,449,552.93 per year
