We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced NABH Coordinator & Quality Management Nurse to oversee clinical quality compliance, audit processes, and patient safety protocols. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise from a B.Sc. Nursing background with strong knowledge of NABH accreditation standards to ensure our hospital maintains continuous audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Accreditation & Standards: Lead the implementation, monitoring, and updating of NABH standards (5th Edition) across all hospital departments.
- Audits & Compliance: Schedule and execute regular internal quality audits, clinical indicator monitoring, gap analyses, and mock assessments.
- Incident Management: Manage incident reporting systems, root cause analyses (RCA), and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) tracking.
- SOP Management: Formulate, review, and standardize department-specific SOPs, clinical protocols, and quality manuals.
- Staff Education: Conduct regular CMEs and training sessions for nursing and paramedical staff on patient safety goals, infection control, BLS/ACLS, and hand hygiene.
- Inspection Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for external NABH assessors during pre-assessment and final assessment visits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing from an INC-recognized institution.
- Registration: Active registration with the State Nursing Council (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1–2 years in healthcare quality management or NABH coordination.
- Certifications (Preferred): NABH Assessor Training Certification or NQAS/CPHQ credentialing.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word), knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), strong communication skills, and audit reporting capability.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
