Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day documentation and HR operations activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, coordinating onboarding formalities, and ensuring proper documentation compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data records.
- Coordinate document collection from employees.
- Support payroll and compliance documentation.
- Handle filing, scanning, and digital record management.
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and documents.
- Support HR team in daily administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Quick learner and team player.

- Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR or related field.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
