Seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead Developer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, BTP, and Fiori Development to lead custom development, integrations, and technical governance initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead ABAP, BTP, and Fiori development activities.
- Design and develop S/4HANA extensions, integrations, and custom applications.
- Review technical specifications and ensure adherence to Clean Core principles.
- Build and support APIs, OData services, CDS Views, and integration solutions.
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, testing, and security compliance.
- Mentor development teams and support full SAP Activate project lifecycle.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience leading large SAP development teams.
- Strong S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Knowledge of federal/government compliance standards is a plus.
