Job Description:
AgriBird Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Experience &* Fresher Agricultural Advisors* to support farmers with practical, technology-driven agricultural guidance. This role is ideal for passionate agriculture graduates who want to work closely with farmers and contribute to sustainable farming practices.
You will interact with farmers, understand their crop-related challenges, and provide effective advisory solutions through calls and field support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crop advisory and farming guidance to farmers
- Communicate agricultural best practices clearly and effectively
- Understand farmer issues and suggest practical solutions
- Maintain records of farmer interactions and advisory support
- Coordinate with internal agriculture and operations teams
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Internship experience or minimum 6 months of experience preferred
- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Qualification: B.Sc. B.Tech, Agriculture or any agriculture-related field
- Willingness to work with farmers and rural communities
