Job Summary
Jayair System Private Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
