We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and a passion for guiding students. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in student counseling, educational consulting, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students on educational programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and goals.
- Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up with prospective students.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and training institutions when required.
- Achieve counseling and enrollment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counselor, Education Consultant, or a similar role.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, and online applications).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand students' needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
