We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or support tickets.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeline.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for faster problem-solving.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.

Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Working Days & Timing
- 6 days working, timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
