Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Manpower Hiring & Sourcing
* Source and hire various levels of on-site manpower, including Supervisors, Electricians, CCTV Technicians, and General Labour.
* Maintain a steady pipeline of skilled and unskilled workers to meet daily site requirements.
2. Onboarding & Site Documentation
* Handle complete on-site documentation for new joiners (Aadhar card collection, background checks, and bank details).
* Fill out Site Induction Forms and coordinate mandatory safety/site induction programs for all new workers before they start.
* Issue and manage site ID cards/gate passes for the workers.
3. Daily Operations & Attendance Management
* Oversee daily biometric/manual punching and maintain accurate logs.
* Track daily attendance, report absenteeism, and manage the daily manpower status report.
* Conduct regular site visits to check on workers, maintain discipline, and address their on-ground issues.
4. Accommodation & Logistics Management
* Arrange and manage workers' accommodation (rooms/labor camps) near the site.
* Ensure basic facilities (water, electricity, sanitation) are properly maintained at the labor accommodation.
5. Statutory & Site Compliance
* Maintain all HR files, registers, and documentation required by the project client and labor laws on-site.
* Coordinate with the project manager and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Field HR or Site Supervisor in Construction, Infrastructure, or Facility Management industries.
* Education: Graduate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience is highly valued).
* Skills: * Strong grip on ground-level manpower handling and labor coordination.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining attendance and data tracking.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in local languages (Hindi/English).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
