Estate Routes is a leading real estate consultancy specializing in residential and commercial properties across Delhi NCR. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (Sales) to lead, motivate, and manage the sales team while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, review sales activities, and track team productivity.
- Collect, analyze, and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and effective customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Excellent knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in managing a team of sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of driving team performance.
Compensation:
Attractive salary package + Performance Incentives + Growth Opportunities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
