We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers with a background in finance who are looking to build their career in front-office operations, client relations, and administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, assisting clients, handling financial documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and other documentation as required.
Assist in basic financial tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and report preparation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies and records.
Collaborate with the accounts and finance teams to support daily operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic financial software.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
