Job Description :
SRK Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team in Bhopal.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents throughout the admission process for MBBS, MD/MS, and other medical courses.
Candidates with prior experience in medical admissions, counselling, telesales, or educational consulting will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities -
- Contact and manage leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS, MD/MS, and other medical admissions.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in students.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and new leads.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Ensure complete confidentiality of student and parent data.
- Work in a disciplined and professional manner while adhering to company processes.
Eligibility Criteria -
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- 0-3 years of experience in counselling, educational consulting, telesales, or medical admissions.
- Prior experience in medical admissions will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp).
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Working Hours -
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Notice Period
Employees are required to serve a 30-day (1 month) notice period in case of resignation. Similarly, the company will provide a 30-day notice period if employment is discontinued.
