The team that built the innovative Silicon IP AZ1 Neural Edge powering the latest generation of Echo devices is looking for an SoC Lab Technician to support post-silicon validation and lab operations as we continue to innovate on behalf of our customers.

- 3+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience
- Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
- Oversee day to day operations of the lab ensure Silicon bring up labs are upto the international standards.
- Up keeping of all lab inventories and tracking , and addressing the lab asset auditing.
- Familiar with ISO, QMS audits , safety and maintain ESD standards to be a lab complaint.
- Accuracy in maintaining Test equipments, accessories, and their calibrations.
- Experience in PCB Board reworks (0201, 0402, etc, and QFN packages) and BGA rework experience is a plus.
- Knowledge on Board viewers softwares like allegro PCB viewers or CAD .
- Knowledge on silicon /board/Hardware bring up s. Basic testing and debug is a plus.
- Maintain 5 S standards in the labs.
- Technical Diploma or Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in Electrical or Electronics domain.
- Experience managing lab resources, equipment, and supplies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
- Prior working experience in a silicon validation or SoC bring-up lab environment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts to identify test points, trace signal paths, and perform targeted hardware rework.
- Basic knowledge of standard lab instruments including power supplies, digital multimeters, and signal generators.
- Strong understanding of ESD protocols, lab safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting SOPs, maintaining lab records, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience in soldering and desoldering probes, fine-pitch micro-components, and connectors on multi-layer PCBs.
- Experience in BGA rework and re-balling is a plus.
