We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee fabrication and erection activities for a conveyor system project in Jaisalmer. The candidate will be responsible for supervising fabrication teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and erection of conveyor structures and related steel components.
- Ensure drawings and specifications are followed during fabrication.
- Manage and guide welders, fitters, and helpers at the site.
- Monitor quality of welding, cutting, alignment, and structural fabrication.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records.
- Plan work schedules to ensure timely completion of site activities.
- Identify and resolve fabrication or erection issues at site.
