About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure timely communication.
- Schedule consultations and appointments for immigration consultants.
- Coordinate with sales, documentation, and case processing teams.
- Address client queries and provide regular updates on application status.
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
