- Prepare and present authentic Thai dishes such as curries, stir-fries, soups, and street-style specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all dishes.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and introducing new Thai dishes.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of ingredients.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in Thai cooking techniques and standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients, especially herbs, sauces, and spices specific to Thai cuisine.
- Innovate and develop fusion dishes inspired by Thai cuisine, blending traditional Thai flavors with contemporary and multi-cuisine elements to enhance the menu and guest experience.
