Salary Structure
Salary: Up to ₹26,200 per month
(Achievable through qualifications, assessments & performance)
Essential Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
NTT / ECCE qualified
Jolly Phonics certified
Strong English fluency
Minimum 65% overall academic record
Minimum 75% in English (till graduation)
Minimum 2 years Pre-Primary teaching experience
Preferred: Age 30+ & Married
Assessment & Selection.
Mandatory CENTA Walk-in Assessment ( the link : https://centa.org/centa-for-
schools/teacher-certification for syllabus and examinations)
Post-joining qualification of CENTA Teaching Quotient (TQ)
(Exam fee payable by candidate)
TWGS-TET (Internal Eligibility Test where the teacher has to go through the school website
and answer the questions)
Classroom demonstration evaluated by CENTA, TWGS (CCE Pattern) & Academic Panel

The interview panel will conduct the interview round in the month of July. As part of the selection
process, one external subject expert will be invited for subject-wise interaction with the
candidates. Based on the panel’s evaluation, the final appointment will be made accordingly.
