Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Manage the company's website, social media presence, and brand communication.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the Sales, HR, Business Development, and Marketing teams to create compelling branding campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Plan and execute product launches, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
- Track brand performance and campaign effectiveness using analytics and insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 3–4years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in the IT, AI, SaaS, or Technology industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
