Role Summary
The Admin Executive provides administrative and operational support across HR and office functions. This includes assisting with travel arrangements, record-keeping, documentation, HR support tasks, and basic administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin teams.
· Handle incoming requests and routine office coordination.
· Prepare, organize, and maintain office files, documents, and correspondence.
· Assist with ID card and name badge issuance.
· Assist in arranging domestic and international travel for employees (flights, trains, hotels, local transport).
· Maintain travel itineraries, booking records, and related documents.
· Communicate travel details and updates to employees promptly.
· Help with managing travel changes or cancellations when required.
· Support on boarding and off boarding processes with documentation and coordination.
· Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
· Assist with preparing employment contracts and ensuring proper signatures.
· Provide basic support on HR queries (leaves, attendance) and guide employees as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of employee files, travel bookings, attendance, and HR documents.
· Update and assist in preparing reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as directed.
· Support maintenance of MIS reports and HR documentation.
· Communicate efficiently with employees regarding schedules, travel plans, HR processes, leaves, and documentation.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Travel Vendors, Admin, Purchase) for necessary support services.
Ensure timely email communication and follow-up on requests.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
