- Talent Acquisition Executive
- Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for various tasks related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Their responsibilities include determining current staffing needs, developing talent acquisition strategies, leading employment branding initiatives, sourcing candidates for open positions, conducting recruitment processes, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and assisting in employee retention and development.
Duties/Responsibilities: Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for Leadership hiring Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Sr. Management Act as a point of contact for all Leadership Hiring Needs in the organisation.Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist (inhouse recruitment with a Big Startup Organisation and staffing agency recruiter combination of both preferred)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & people management
- Strong decision-making skills
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Full time post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in HR)
- Experience in a fast-paced organization preferably a start-up
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Growth Hacker" Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data.
