Radhe Radhe EV is committed to driving sustainable mobility by offering innovative electric vehicle solutions. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive cum Admin to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HRMIS data.
- Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and employee confirmations.
- Draft HR letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Handle employee queries and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, office maintenance, security, and pantry services.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and meeting arrangements as required.
- Maintain records of office assets and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate courier services, document management, and office logistics.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and office administration is preferred.
