We are looking for a Software Support Developer to support and maintain our existing software products. The role mainly focuses on resolving software issues, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications developed in ASP.NET technologies.
This is primarily a support and maintenance role. Module enhancements and implementation of new features in existing products may also be required occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
- We are a product-based company, and the developer needs to maintain and implement new modules in the existing product.
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
- Build responsive UIs with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Manage databases with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries and optimizations.
- Resolve software bugs and client-reported issues.
- Troubleshoot application, hosting, and database-related problems.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices.
- Monitor software performance and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain documentation for fixes, updates, and support activities.
